This site is about my favorite subject – MONEY! Soon, you will find all sorts of interesting information on this site specifically about money. Money, money, money and nothing else but money. Get it?
I don’t know about you, but I love it when I have lots of spare cash in my purse. Honestly, the reason I love to have this cash thing is that when I have it, my blood pressure is always nice and low – I’m really cool – I’m serious! :o) How about you?
Well, you know what, in my extensive travels around the country conducting motivational talks about money - at a price, of course :o), I have met hundreds of people, whom, when I ask the question “who loves to have cash?”; the response is quite interesting.
I usually ask everyone to raise their hands up high – and it’s amazing what I often see.
I see four categories of people:
- First group of people, are those who unashamedly and confidently raise their hands up high, sometimes the over-enthusiastic ones raise both hands up!
- The second lot, are those that are not quite sure if they love money. They reluctantly raise their hands half way to show they ‘kinda’ like the idea of having cash.
- The third group of people are silent about money. I call these guys ‘the graveyard squad’ because they don’t want to commit to liking or disliking money. They are ‘dead’.
- Then, my friend, comes the fourth and last lot of people who tell me straight in my face – ‘money is not everything, in fact it is the root of evil and people who have it must have cheated or stolen somewhere, and, this one is a classic, ‘I don’t like money, I work for it because I don’t have any choice – I work to get my basic needs’ etc! Wow! How fascinating is that! I shall say no more!
So, friend, my job is NOT to tell you what to do with your money but it is to humbly present to you, another perspective on the subject. It is my sincere prayer that I can be instrumental in inspiring you to see what I see about this powerful force called MOOLA.
After my simple and amazing two hour talk, all I am hoping to hear from you at the end of it are three things:
- that from this day forward, you will pay attention and be conscious when you make financial decisions. Consciousness simply means check your thoughts and actions when dealing with your money so that you operate from a true CHOICE in the present moment rather than acting out your past money thought programming; and
- the recognition from your side that your financial mindset needs to change if you are to be financially successful.
- that some of you recognize that you need to join us at our even more exciting Money Bootcamp! I am warning you in advance – here you will have to fasten your seatbelt for we’re taking a fun, fast and furious lane, ready to hit the gas! One thing I can guarantee you is that when the fast car finally stops, your life will never be the same again!
Allow me to set the record straight. Money is important! For people to say that it is not important as any of the other things in life is what I call ‘summer madness’. Which of your body parts is more important – your eyes or your feet? Could it be that both those parts are important?
Money is good. When you have it, you ‘cruise’ through life instead of struggling. Money brings freedom to buy what you want, to use your time as you please. What about the finer things in life and helping those in need. No high blood pressure, stress or stomach ulcers from worrying about not having money! So come join us at the camp and we can all learn how to make money, how to spend it, save it, invest it and donate it.
I have joined forces with Remarkable Lives Trust team in preparing programs for people ranging from age 10 – 120 years of age - male, female and people of all colors of the rainbow. Money problems and lack of education thereof, affect all people irrespective of the color of their skin. It’s a human being thing.
